Founded in 1998 by Frank Ripa, our company has successful completed hundreds of civil construction projects in Central Florida and grown to more than 200 employees. RIPA & Associates provides utility construction and site development services for local governments, institutions and developers throughout the Tampa Bay region. Our main office is located in Tampa, Florida, and our company self-performs all aspects of our work with the exception of asphalt-paving. 

We have a solid core of field management. This strong nucleus of field superintendents and project managers allow RIPA to deliver on our commitment to superior customer care.
